Sales Mastery Advisors has a new offering based upon our Sales Performance Scorecard (SPS) data. Our assessment differs from typical skill gap analyses in two important ways:

  1. survey responses from our research allow us to estimate the “size of the prize” for addressing gaps in performance; and

  2. we provide an agnostic, defensible, unbiased recommendation/validation of improvement initiatives.
