We’ve seen LOTS of groups of people; we see very FEW teams. What’s the difference? The Five Stages of Team Evolution and the work to be done at each stage are presented in this video. Sales is full of talk about teams, team spirit, and supporting other members of the team. But is this really a team? Is every member clear on the team’s purpose, goals and objectives? Do we know what our respective roles/responsibilities are and trust one another to uphold their role?
